    I'll add one more comment to this thread about a hidden feature... Clicking and dragging left/right in the gantt chart (that isn't a project obviously), should cause the timeline to scroll in either direction. That alone helps tremendously for this issue. :-)

    100% Completely agree. At the very least, put today 1/3rd from the left. Or better yet, allow the user to scroll the window instead of the basic forward/backward buttons that usually jump too far.

    We are evaluating the best way to incorporate 3rd party collaboration — e.g. comments in Basecamp and other (future) integrations — in Roadmap. We do not want to reinvent the collaboration already provided by other apps.
