JIRA users must also be Roadmap users because they will need their Roadmap identify token.

1. Go to Settings > Personal Info and copy your Roadmap identity token
2. From any JIRA issue already integrated with Roadmap, scroll down to the Roadmap panel on the right-side of the page
3. Click the gear icon, paste your token, and click Save button
