Roadmap does not explicitly support rate cards, however, you can use project templates to achieve the same effect. You can download an Excel file to test scenarios and understand how the blended rate calculation works.

To create a rate card:

1. Adjust the project budget using Adjust Individual Rates
2. Save the project as a template, which retains the adjusted individual resource rates
3. Create a new project based on that template, and voila
