Important - Read Me First

- For non-Basecamp projects please refer to How do I add users or resources?

- You cannot add new Basecamp users outside of Basecamp.  Rather, in Basecamp you must add them to a project and then import the project into Roadmap.

- Imported Basecamp users do not automatically receive Roadmap login credentials, which are separate and distinct from Basecamp login credentials.

- Roadmap distinguishes between users and resources:  Users can login and be assigned to things, whereas Resources cannot login but can still be assigned to things.

Migrate Basecamp Person to Roadmap User

After importing your Basecamp projects:

• Go to the Resources Tab
• Navigate to a grid view and find the Type column (add column to view if necessary)
• Click the icon and select User - has login account and follow the instructions
