Help Features aren't Working
Sorry, but I don't where else I can post this. We seem to be having some problems with Roadmap the last week or so, and I notice that none of the Help buttons or "Contact Support" links are working. I've tried multiple browsers, so I don't think this is a problem with my system.
I’m assuming you created a suggestion because you could not access the normal help ticket system.
We are unable to reproduce the issue, nor have other customers reported similar issues.
Because it’s affecting multiple browsers, and no one else is reporting it, I’m wondering if it’s a network security issue unique to your company.
I’m going to send this email to you directly (in case emails from our help system are also getting blocked by your network security).
